Website Design Example: Zero Tolerance Handyman
Zero Tolerance LLC provides remodeling, repair, and handyman services throughout Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley. Their new website was built to do more than establish a professional online presence — it was designed to turn their completed work into one of their strongest marketing tools.
At the center of the site is my Portfolio Manager, which gives Zero Tolerance the ability to add new projects as they complete them. Each project can include detailed descriptions, multiple photos, project location and type, customer testimonials, and before-and-after imagery. Projects are organized by service so visitors can quickly find examples of work similar to what they are considering for their own homes.
The rest of the website was built around that portfolio. Dedicated pages for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, windows and doors, dry rot and exterior repairs, and handyman services combine information about each service with relevant completed projects. As Zero Tolerance adds new work to the Portfolio Manager, the website can continue to grow and provide fresh, useful content rather than remaining a static brochure.
The site also tells the story behind Zero Tolerance — a family background spanning three generations in the trades — and uses their own project photography throughout the design to give prospective customers a much better sense of the people, experience, and craftsmanship behind the company.
The result is a custom, mobile-friendly website that Zero Tolerance can actively build on over time, using every completed job as another opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and attract the next customer.
